In order to move project folders or objects, you’ll use the Worklist to gather up and temporarily store one or more project folders or objects, before navigating to the destination project folder to move what’s in the Worklist.
- Within a given folder or object, use the checkbox to select the items that you'd like to add to the Worklist
- Once selected, hit the "Add to worklist" button below the results
- Navigate to the folder/object you'd like to move the items into; select that folder/object to display the contents in the central workspace
- In the Worklist panel in the sidebar, click the link 'Move in current folder'
- Note that the 'Move in current folder' option will only appear once you have paged to a distinct folder/object (from which the objects originate).
Although Nuxeo does support "copy/paste" functionality, we do not recommend using this feature, as creating a copy will result in a new Nuxeo object ID, and in turn will result in a new Calisphere URL, if harvested.
