We will be officially closed during the Winter and New Year holiday periods from Wednesday, December 24, 2025 through Thursday, January 1, 2026.
Support tickets submitted during this timeframe will be reviewed after we re-open on Friday, January 2, 2026.
ArchivesSpace EAD exports that include digital objects currently fail the OAC ingest process.
The ArchivesSpace EAD export for digital objects currently reads as such:
<dao audience="internal" xlink:actuate="none" xlink:audience="external" xlink:href="http://digitalassets.ynhsc.edu/ms296_001.tif " xlink:show="none" xlink:title="Watercolor of Brassie fly nymph (fishing fly)" xlink:type="simple"> <daodesc> <p>Watercolor of Brassie fly nymph (fishing fly)</p> </daodesc> </dao>'xlink:audience' is not valid. This is a known issue in the ASpace EAD export and it seems they are currently gathering information to address this fix.
