Our implementation of Matomo for both OAC and Calisphere includes subsetting by contributor, by leveraging Matomo’s “custom dimensions” feature. Additionally, Calisphere includes subsetting by digital collection, so that item record pageviews are aggregated within a digital collection.
Usage analytics dashboards are available on our Contributor Help Center site:
Export Usage Analytics Reports
Except for the “Sitewide Activity” report, all reports are arranged by contributor names. On a given report, you may use the filter feature to surface usage data for your specific institution, and export reporting data for the filtered set only; see the Filter theUsage Analytics Reports by Contributors page for details.
The details on this page narrate steps and examples through the Collections dashboard page; however, these steps can be used to export reports from any dashboard page presented in a table format.
