OAC finding aid ARK URLs: older versions of URLs with additional data parameters are not resolving / broken links

Older OAC-based ARK URL permalinks may include additional parameters, to link to lower levels of descriptions in the finding aid. E.g.:

https://oac.cdlib.org/findaid/ark:/13030/#######/admin/
https://oac.cdlib.org/findaid/ark:/13030/#######/dsc/

These older links may be indexed by search engines, and are currently not resolving to the current versions of the finding aids in the new OAC site.
