OAC Dashboard: on the "Manage Collection Guides" page, extend the scope of the search box (search by title, ARK, collection number)

On the OAC Dashboard "Manage Collection Guides" page, the search box is limited to searching finding aids by collection title.

Extend the scope of the search box, to support searching by title, ARK, collection number, etc.

Also consider an option to download a spreadsheet-based version of the table data, so the information can be sorted, parsed, etc. offline.
