Issue
Supplemental PDFs submitted for publication to OAC (prior to launch, and prospectively) are only linking from finding aids at the collection-level.
In cases where finding aids had links to supplemental PDFs at series or other lower levels of description, those links are not resolving -- and the PDFs are not getting indexed.
