OAC contributors,
Please join us for an information session on Thursday, June 26 at 11:00 AM, highlighting our work to launch an upgraded OAC system in mid-July. During this session, we’ll share a preview of the new contributor Dashboard, which includes self-serve options to upload, preview, publish, and manage your collection guides in OAC.
Here are some upcoming dates to be aware of, as we transition to the new system:
Monday, June 30 - launch of the new OAC system: We will pause publication of finding aids on the current OAC system, as we migrate all the data into the new OAC system. During this period, the OAC public website will continue to be available; please contact us if you have particular finding aids that need to be immediately published, updated, or removed.
Week of July 1: We will begin to circulate previews of the new OAC public website.
Week of July 15: The new OAC system will be going live! This will include the launch of the new OAC public website and contributor Dashboard. (Please note that we intend to support seamless continuity of service with no downtime in the OAC public website functionality.)
Starting the week of July 17: We will be hosting weekly office hours, for any and all questions related to the new OAC public website and contributor Dashboard. Stay tuned for details!
