We will be officially closed during the Winter and New Year holiday periods from Tuesday, December 24, 2024 through Wednesday, January 1, 2025.
Support tickets submitted during this timeframe will be reviewed after we re-open on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
Dear CDL-hosted ArchivesSpace users,
We would like to schedule downtime for all CDL-hosted ArchivesSpace instances. We are planning to conduct an upgrade of all CDL-hosted ArchivesSpace to version 3.5.1 on Wednesday, August 28, and would like to reserve the day to complete the upgrade. All ArchivesSpace instances will be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade.
Please pause on any work in ArchivesSpace, beginning at 5:00pm on Tuesday, August 27. We will be in touch as soon as the instances are back online and open for business.
With this upgrade, we are also refactoring how we are hosting the application and underlying indexing system (Solr), which includes measures that we anticipate will minimize outages related to the indexing system.

All CDL-hosted ArchivesSpace instances have been upgraded to the latest version, 3.5.1. Please feel free to resume working in the instances -- and contact us via the OAC/Calisphere Contributor Help Center if you encounter any problems.
New to ArchivesSpace v3.5.1: There is now a default option to “Include URIs” in EAD exports. If you do not want the ASpace generated URIs to be included in finding aids published in the OAC, please “uncheck” this option when generating the EAD export.
Additional information about this feature is available in the ArchivesSpace JIRA: https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/ANW-1843
